The owners of this Lajitas Drive home came to Kane Remodeling looking for more than a kitchen update. Before selecting finishes or materials, our in-house licensed architect developed permit-ready construction drawings so the clients could understand the full scope of the remodel and how each space would work together.

Once the plans were approved and permits were submitted, we moved into the design phase, including 3D renderings, material selections, cabinetry planning, and finish coordination. The kitchen became a central part of the transformation, with custom cabinetry, quartzite countertops, a new backsplash, recessed lighting, and a more open connection to the rest of the home.
