The Vision

A Showroom Being Built Around
Confident Client Selections

The Designery is being developed as Kane Remodeling’s in-house showroom and selections studio. The goal is to give clients a more tangible way to understand their remodel before construction begins, with cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware viewed together instead of selected separately.

The showroom is where Kane Remodeling clients explore materials in a real environment — cabinetry at full scale, countertop slabs, tile and backsplash options, flooring samples, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware. Everything is curated to reflect the quality and style range we work with across our projects. Nothing is there to overwhelm — it's organized to make the selection process feel manageable and enjoyable.

"The vision is simple: help clients see the full design direction before they have to commit to the details."

Once complete, The Designery will become a key part of the Kane Remodeling experience. Clients will be able to review finishes in context, compare materials with guidance from the team, and make selections that connect directly to the approved design, budget, and construction plan.

Why It Matters

A Better Bridge Between
Design and Construction

The Designery is not a separate experience from your remodel — it is part of it. Material selections happen after your layout and design direction are established, which means every choice you make in the showroom is grounded in your actual project scope. You're not browsing options in the abstract; you're making decisions for a specific space with a specific plan.

That is especially important for larger remodels, where one decision affects the next. The showroom vision is to help clients understand how each choice supports the final result, while giving the Kane team a clearer, more organized way to document, confirm, and build from those selections.

Showroom Development

The Designery
Vision

The showroom is being shaped around the way clients actually make remodeling decisions, from first design direction to final finish package.

5

Client Experience

A guided selections process that makes remodeling decisions clearer and more confident

The Designery is being built to make the remodeling process clearer. Instead of asking clients to imagine how individual selections will work together, the showroom will help them see the bigger picture before the build begins.

Guided Selection Vision

You're never browsing alone. Our team walks you through the materials that apply to your specific project scope and style direction.

Real Materials, Full Context

The finished showroom will bring cabinetry, slabs, tile, fixtures, lighting, and hardware into one environment so clients can understand how materials work together.

Connected to the Build

The showroom is being designed to connect selections directly to the construction process, so decisions can be documented, coordinated, and built from with clarity.
